User Groups

Collaborative Groups work together to identify and pursue best practice solutions and work through ideas to ensure they help deliver solutions that benefit all members. Group meetings and conferences facilitate the collaborative process by providing a forum where the experiences of successful implementers can be shared and where requirements relevant for members can be explored and defined.

These Groups also serve to provide vendors with valuable feedback on current products and positive direction for new products and enhancements to existing products. Some of these Groups are the primary voice in the development, support and maintenance priorities within the higher education sector.

HES currently provides services for the following User Groups:
