Roadmap Implementation Group

The Roadmap Implementation Group is a sub-committee of CPAG that is responsible for overseeing development projects in the Callista SMS. RIG members operationalise the projects identified by CPAG in the Annual Plan roadmap. RIG works in co-operation with Callista to ensure that projects and other developments are delivered on time and on budget.

RIG members meet once a fortnight (via teleconference) to monitor the status and progress of projects. RIG makes decisions about the allocation of resources to projects and minor developments as well as scheduling of work. Where larger scale changes are required, RIG makes recommendations for changes to the Annual Plan to CPAG for its consideration.
