Kent has been with HES since July 1999 as an Executive Business Consultant working with tertiary education groups and IT vendors in the area of human resources information systems. Kent coordinated the successful bid to DEST for a HR electronic management system under the WPP of $2.1 million over three years. Kent's prior experience was in the TAFE and public sector, again in HR and HR information systems.
