National University Finance and Procurement Conference

 

The National University Finance & Procurement Conference, now in its twelth year, provides a proactive forum for university management professionals to meet and discuss current issues impacting the higher education sector in the specific areas of financial management and strategic procurement.

The Conference provides a unique opportunity for the business sector to join with university delegates in an exploration of changing trends. 

The overall conference theme is Financial Management and Strategic Procurement in Higher Education. This conference is extremely relevant to university management and staff involved in finance, finance systems,  procurement, purchasing, travel, audit and associated areas in Higher Education.

The 2012 Theme will explore a variety of aspects within financial management and strategic procurement and address changing needs, requirements, accounting procedures, compliance etc.  The conference planning committee, made up from university finance and procurement officers, and HES staff are working on preparing a full pogram to meet the needs of the sector.  Further information on specific sessions will be made available once the program is finalised.  

The conference will be held between Monday 23th and Wednesday 25th July, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove Resort, Queensland, Australia.
