LocationThe Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove Resort is a 1hr drive from the Brisbane Airport, or 45 minutes from Coolangatta Airport. A map to the venue can be found in the hotel fact sheet found in the resources section on the right. Transport from Airport to Venue: Car/Mini Bus Transfers: Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove have provided an Airport Transfer Request Form for arranging transfers from either the Brisbane Airport or Coolangatta Airport to the venue. Rates are included on the form provided and are generally cheaper if you can coordinate your travel with another person. Please download the form, complete the details and then email to the hotel Concierge ( sanct.concierge@hyatt.com ) . Coach Transfer is available for the return journey from Venue to either the Brisbane Airport or Coolangatta Airport on Wednesday 25th July (at a subsidised rate, provided by the conference committee). These Tickets cost ($30) and must be booked via the conference registration page. The bus will depart the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove at the conclusion of the conference (approx 2.30pm) and arrive at the Airports by approximately 4.00 pm.
