Alesco

Alesco HMS is a fully integrated people management solution designed for large organisations requiring productivity increases through effective and measurable people management. Built using the latest Oracle software and database technology, Concept.e8 is a time proven, high functionality solution that automates many of the complex payroll management tasks.

It delivers administrative savings by automating employee entitlement and reporting requirements. Staff working in multiple positions is transparent (multiple concurrent occupancies), with the system consolidating entitlements to produce one pay advice. Retrospective processing is automatic and caters for 'retro on retro' and retrospective general ledger processing.

Alesco HMS supports web deployment of the business application and the option to deploy the Web Employee Self Service module, providing all staff with direct access to their information.

Lattice HR/Payroll

Lattice is a human resource/payroll management system that provides a powerful tool to effectively manage staff resources. Designed to meet the needs of organisations ranging upward from 100 employees, Lattice features extensive integration of all modules and also offers powerful report-writing tools and graphical displays.

Workforce HR/Payroll
