Student System Groups

HES provides management services for the CSEG and also for the Callista Planning and Advisory Group (CPAG). HES works in cooperation with Callista providing coordinated communication services amongst the collaborating parties.

Callista Student Executive Group (CSEG)

The Callista Senior Executive Group is an independent group comprising senior executives from 9 Australian universities who are clients of Callista Software Services. The members provide a senior liaison point with senior management on the Callista Software Services Board, promoting a highly successful and unique collaborative development framework for the Callista Student Management System.

Callista Planning & Advisory Group (CPAG)

CPAG is a collaboration of eleven institutions working together with Callista to ensure delivery of the best student management system in Australia. CPAG members work with each other and Callista to shape future directions in student system evolution and to keep the Callista product at the cutting edge of technology and service delivery to students.

Roadmap Implementation Group (RIG)

The Roadmap Implementation Group is a sub-committee of CPAG that is responsible for overseeing development projects in the Callista SMS. RIG members operationalise the projects identified by CPAG in the Annual Plan roadmap. RIG works in co-operation with Callista to ensure that projects and other developments are delivered on time and on budget.
