Australian Universities Procurement Network (AUPN)
Callista Planning and Advisory Group (CPAG)
Callista Planning and Advisory Group is a collaboration of working together with and managed by HES, whose purpose is to develop an innovative student management system for Australian universities that meets universities’ business. CPAG members work with each other and Tribal to shape future directions in student system evolution and to keep the Callista product at the cutting edge of technology and service delivery to students.
Callista Senior Executive Group
The Callista Senior Executive Group is an independent group comprising senior executives from 11 Australian universities who are clients of Callista Software Services. Members provide a senior liaison point with senior management on the Callista Software Services Board, promoting a highly successful and unique collaborative development framework for the Callista Student Management System.
Finance Systems Group
The Finance Systems Group seeks to provide a collaborative forum for solving business process problems and to identify efficiency gains and continues to support the various working parties and special interest groups that focus on technologies that support university financial management.
Human Resources Information Systems Group (HRISG)
The Human Resource Information Systems Group is an extremely proactive and collaborative group of representatives from 19 participating universities whose principal focus is promoting effective business improvement in HR management through the development of efficient business models and associated technology developments.
