The annual Learning Leaders in Higher Education and Higher Education Quality Network (HEQN) Conferences will be held at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Docklands, Melbourne on 3 September* and 4 September 2020. Higher Ed Services is delighted to support the Council for Australasian University Leaders in Learning and Teaching (CAULLT) in hosting the Third Learning Leaders Conference on 3 September under the theme: The Leader’s Challenge: Dilemmas in Strategic Decision Making. The convenor of the Learning Leaders Conference is A/P Kogi Naidoo, Charles Sturt University and a member of the CAULLT Executive.

The HEQN Conference the following day 4 September is an opportunity to hear insights and share practical solutions for the challenges facing institutions following the recent review of the Australian Qualifications’ Framework (AQF) and 2019’s year of higher education reviews, particularly the impact on learning and teaching.

These two conferences are a must attend for academics, professionals and leaders working in learning and teaching in the higher education sector, accrediting bodies, Deans Councils, government, industry and students.  They each provide the opportunity to explore new ideas, propose practical results-driven solutions and delve into emerging issues with colleagues with a deep interest in learning and teaching from institutions across Australia.

The Call for Papers for both conferences is now open.
